Mark H
ooghiemstra, Proprietor.
Mark is the founder of Aldbar and deals with the day to day running of the company. He spent 5 years in the Dutch Army as a driving and technical instructor on cars and lorries. He commenced a 10 year career as a Dutch Police Constable/Detective and has been investigating road traffic collisions for a combined period of well over 20 years. The majority of Mark’s current case load consists of serious/fatal injury pedestrian and motorcyclist collisions throughout Scotland.
Mark’s main hobby is attending car shows with his 1969 Daimler and competing in classic car tours and rallies. He is also a dab hand at photography and is a former Scottish SPCA photographer of the year.
Lorna Hooghiemstra, Office Manager
Lorna joined Aldbar in May 2014 after having served 31 years with the Procurator Fiscal Service based in Forfar. She runs our office and is primarily concerned in liaising with instructing solicitors, PR and marketing.
